On our hosting provider's infrastructure (Railway), on a persistent volume. Generated media is served only to its owner and administrators.
Each user sees only their own feed. Administrators in your organisation can manage users and view usage totals, and can access stored media for support and moderation purposes.
Generated media and inputs are automatically deleted after the configured retention window (default 30 days). Account data persists until the account is removed. Rolling backups of account data are kept for a limited period for disaster recovery.
Prompts and uploaded images are sent to Google and ElevenLabs to perform generation. We do not use your content to train our own models. AI media may include provider watermarks (e.g. Google SynthID).
You can delete individual items from your feed at any time. For full account deletion or a data export, contact your administrator or [CONTACT EMAIL].
