Template only. This document is a starting point and has not been reviewed by a lawyer. Have it reviewed by qualified legal counsel and tailored to your business before you rely on it.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the GENER8 platform ("Service") provided by [COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

Accounts are provisioned by your organisation's administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify your administrator immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or that violates the usage policies of the underlying model providers (including Google and ElevenLabs). You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

3. Credits and plans

Use of generation features consumes credits allocated to your account. Credit allowances, pricing, and any monthly reset are set by your administrator and may change. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Generated content

Subject to these Terms and the terms of the underlying model providers, you retain rights to content you generate to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content is lawful. AI-generated media may carry provider watermarks (for example, Google SynthID).

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, remains our property. No rights are granted except as expressly set out here.

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. The Service depends on third-party providers whose availability we do not control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from use of the Service.

8. Termination

We or your administrator may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [JURISDICTION].
